REGION Year in Review	Region Team	9:15 - 10: 15 am	Presentation provides an overview of the highlights and learnings of the year from the region’s perspective.  This includes finance, membership, education, and chapter visits made by Coordinators and Region Managers, etc.
Break		10:15 - 10:45 am
CHAPTER Brag Bags/Year in Review	Chapter Presidents	10:45 - 12:30 pm	Each chapter should be prepared to share their successes and learnings from the past year. This is probably one of the key learning events for all chapters – to learn what’s worked and not worked for other chapters in your region.
Lunch - Education Foundation Presentation		12:30 - 1:30 pm
ARMA Board Representative	Beth Chiaiese	1:30 - 2:30 pm	TBD
ARMA HQ Speaker	Tom Killam	2:30 - 3:30 pm	TBD
Break		3:30 - 3:45 pm
Breakouts by Chapter Duties		3:45 pm - 5 pm	Should allow time for chapter functions to meet, i.e., session for Membership, Treasurer, Communications, Education, etc.  If space is a factor, simply have each group meet at a separate table in your main meeting room.  This is important so that each respective function can share successes, highlights, etc., of their chapter activities.
