13 & 14 – Chapter and Region Leadership sessions at ARMA International Conference & EXPO – Orlando, FL

Plan to attend our special leadership training sessions on October 13 and 14 – the two days prior to the kick-off of ARMA International’s 54th Annual Conference and Expo. These sessions are only available to YOU as a current ARMA Leader at no cost to you (except for a minimal cost to attend the Awards Luncheon – see below)! Check your e-mail for special registration instructions that were sent on Aug. 11. The sessions are as follows:

Tuesday, October 13
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – “The Occasional Project Manager: Essential Skills for the Association Leader” This workshop will focus on fundamentals – the process, the vocabulary, and the tools and techniques of project achievement. With an emphasis on leading volunteer project teams, this program will help you, as a leader, deliver consistent project success and meet the demands of your stakeholders. The facilitator of our program, Mr. Ron Black from The Mentor Group (www.thementorgroup.com ), has advised and assisted in the launch of literally scores of companies, products, and services. Ron's core competencies in business, leadership, and projects were forged hands-on. As the founder of nine businesses, Ron has experienced, dealt with, and can discuss the inevitable challenges associated with development and project planning.

3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Region Manager, Coordinator and Treasurer special meeting.

Wednesday, October 14
